We WeKreate International (Pvt.) Ltd. (WeKI) is Nepal based company with qualified and experience professionals in various sectors. The company was established in 2016 under Private Company Act 2063 of Nepal with the objective to provide consultancy services in engineering, management, research and infrastructure development projects. We provide the engineering consultancy services like Survey, Feasibility Study, Design and Detail Project Report, Project Management Consultancy, Construction Supervision Consultancy in Roads, Railways, Airports, Urban Development, Irrigation, Water Resources and Hydropower related projects. We are fully committed to provide the quality service and satisfaction of the client is our only goal.   

Vision: WeKI’s vision is to promote Nepal as a knowledge and skill based intellectual country catering the Globe with highly dedicated and value added professional services as Engineering Consultants and Representation.

Mission: WeKI’s mission is to enhance the capability of the company to deliver technology based Engineering services in the infrastructure development projects.

Management of the Company

WeKI is well organized and structured to fulfill the needs of the clients and offers reliable and top quality services with an aim to promote goodwill and cordial relationship through most efficient delivery of services.

The company has Board of Directors (BoD) who provide policy, guideline and direction to the company to achieve its goal. In addition to that legal, budgetary and mostly the interest of shareholder is taken care by them.  The organization structure adopted is based on Matrix concept and is headed by Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to manage and implement the corporate policies with the administrative management by Managing Director. CEO carries out his activities through (i) Overseas Business & General Administration, (ii) Business Development, (iii) Technical & Engineering, (iv) Finance/Account Divisions. The progress and monitoring is carried out regularly. The firm is backed up by qualified and experienced professionals and advisors of various fields for helping BoD and CEO for policy making and critical issues.

Equipment and Other Facilities

WeKI has the enough resources to perform the jobs. The company office is located in Gaushala Area (near to Tribhuvan International Airport) of Kathmandu city and is well equipped with office equipment.

Personnel Resources

Presently, WeKI has over 10 numbers of full time employees and most of them have wide knowledge of more than 15 years in their respective professions. It has more than 100 resource persons who are specialists in their disciplines and are committed and dedicated to the company for consultation as and when required.

Office Space

WeKI’s head office is located at Gaushala, Kathmandu. The premise comprises of 2000 sq.ft. Of fully furnished office space. The firm possesses full range of equipment and facilities required for a modern consulting office and are equipped with adequate reprographic facilities.

Computer System

Most of the professionals and support staff are computer literates. At present the Company possesses more than 6 desktop computers along with 2 printers (Color & B/W) and power backup systems and 2 nos. of modern touch pad laptop. All computers are connected in a Local Area Network (LAN). The company has been utilizing following software packages:

The organization chart showing the actual operation of the firm along professionals is given in the Table 1 of the profile. The organization of the company is so structured as to provide the highest possible standards of technical and professional services at the best interest of the clients, the nation and the shareholders.

The company management is highlighted in above. Regarding day to day activities of the firm are divided into five major divisions; each of which is headed by either directors. The various sectors and the services under each section is looked upon and coordinated. It is the company policy to optimize the resources and making use of the latest technological means to perform the jobs.
